Aidil With Life

Attention shoppers, today is Saturday. And its also a ‘No Plastic Bag Day’. And I’m your NoPlasticBagDay patrol officer (sukarela).

Guys, we dont need plastic bags unless we really need to carry a lot of things. Still we have so many other options to carry things out of the shopping mall. We use plastic bag on a short term but since plastic is not disposable, the effect is long term to nature.

Lets look at how we use plastic bags.

1. First, we got them from the malls,grocery store,7-eleven, whatever.

2.Most of the time, we dont need those plastic bag because we dont carry that many stuff. We are just plain lazy and we want out fingers to deal with it (thats how you hold plastic bags). Since we have so many things we need to hold on to – Blackberrys,cell phones,stubborn kids waiting to be ‘unleashed' into the toy’s aisle, flirty husbands who dont have anything to do than flirting with other shoppers, old folks who might get lost between the aisles. Yeah we have so many ‘things’ to cling to during our shopping time.

3. Then we put it in a car and into the but (unless your using a bicycle, see how we can still carry things home without the plastic bags?)

4. When we got home, we take our plastic bags and head into home, which I presume only a few feet away from where we parked. (unless you live in flats with no lifs)

5. After that we took out all the stuff from the plastic bags, where do the plastics go? Into the dumpster. Thats it.

Okay I’m not saying that we dont need to use plastic bags anymore, Im just saying if youre buying a few items, try to avoid taking them. Imagine if everyone use plastics these way, what will happen to all the undisposable plastics?

Guys, no plastics. If you cant do it everyday, maybe just once a week on Saturday.

If not, the NoPlasticBagDay patrol officer will have to take action on you. Yes, I see you…through you’re plastic bags.Hmm…

1.  I have to jog, I have to jog, i have to jog! If I missed another jogging session again like today, I promised that I will write ‘I have to jog,I have to jog’ 1000 kali on the blackboard. Even though I dont have a blackboard at home, I can do that at the nearest sekolah agama punya blackboard (pinjam jap.Janji padam balik). Tak pun I will use my computer and  write in Word (promise tak guna copy paste).

2.  Today I feel like I procrastinate too much. (Yes, hari ni hantu procrastinate merasuk diri ini). I’ve been putting off work that I’m supposed to finish by today. Why am I like this? Nak salahkan hantu procrastinate jugak ke? Or is it because of my lack of will power? Aidil, no more excuse, you have to change. Remember, dont be typical Malay (bukan kutuk bangsa sendiri tapi memberi kritikan realiti, so that we dont forget. Melayu mudah lupa, betul tak Dr M?) In order to be successful you have to have that burning desire in you. And let it run on full steam.

3.  Semua orang dah dapat Facebook punya design baru except me. Proves that Facebook dont really like me. (Tu la, poke lagi banyak-banyak).

4. I’m thinking of buying an new phone. Need a qwerty keyboard and camera. Baru meriah sikit this blog with more pictures. And hopefully someone will teach how to be a camwhore. (Masuk kelas camwhoring101). I dont want a fancy phone. Something affordable (according to my limited budget sekarang) and useful.

5.  For a million times now I will attempt to wake up at 5am tomorrow to do my work. Yes, I love doing that but it seems that my body doesnt agree so.

6.  Mum introduced me to her friend’s daughter today. It was awkward but its nothing that I cannot handle. She seems like a nice interesting girl. If you’re reading this, hi Diane! (we have cool mums, I know) . Mum also mentioned to her I have ‘sexy eyes’. Hadooi,… mummy mummy…(saya perlukan topeng Darth Vader untuk menebalkan muka ini)

7.  Cant wait to get my new camera phone. I have so many pictures I wanna snap, my office, my room, my bed, myself, my family,my house,my cats, my neighbours, my neighbours stalking other neighbours,etc…

8.  Okay, guess thats all for today. Malam ni nak jadi exorcist and halau hantu procrastinate. Tomorrow, I’ll be a better Aidil. Tomorrow, is a new day. I hope I dont still crave for satay. Coz theres too much calories I have to pay. Its either that or the highway. Thats all for now need nothing more to say! Give me a Yeay!!

Facebook has roll out their new design. So dengan semangatnya I turn on my chrome and check it out. Its NOTHING!

No what I mean is, my account still has the old same facebook design.

I want the new design…looks better. See Mashable’s post here (if you are the few unlucky ones like me)…Facebook tak suka aku kah?

Turns out Facebook will roll out the  new design phase by phase. So I just have to wait.

Tak sabar nak poke,poke,poke!

Yes, theme bertukar lagi. Tukar baju pun tak sekerap menukar theme in this blog. Last time I was looking for a clean and simple theme –turn out that one to  be too simple sampai some basic functions pun takde. Takkan nak ‘rumah’ yang simple tapi pintu takde kan?

While changing themes just now I’ve noticed blogger pun dah ada function Pages dah sekarang. Good job blogger. We wouldnt ask for more features dah. Bukan boleh ni, nanti kasi banyak features diorang mula la start nak ‘charge’ for service. Dengar cerita Facebook wanna start charging fees to use. Is that true? Saya perlu bayar untuk stalk kawan-kawan saya?
